PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel sheet punching device punching without causing cut pieces cut off from a tunnel sheet, free from the need of waste disposal of tunnel sheet cut pieces, and securing safety of an operator without letting an operator easily touch a cutting blade.SOLUTION: The tunnel sheet punching device is such that a round pipe 13 is continuously installed on the center of the bottom 12b of a square cylindrical-shaped cover 12 having a guard 12a on the edge, a shaft 14 to be a holding part is inserted into the round pipe 13 to slide in the round pipe 13, and a U-shape blade frame 15 having blade fixation parts 15a, 15b and 15c forming a U-shape is fastened to the edge of the shaft 14.
