The present invention provides a mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen for differentiating active tuberculosis with latent tuberculosis infection and applications thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides an immunogenic composition, a vaccine, or a pharmaceutical composition. The comprised immunogenic components comprise the following one or more polypeptides or immune segments thereof: (a) a polypeptide formed by amino acid sequences indicated by SEQ ID No.1, SEQ ID No.2, SEQ ID No.3 or SEQ ID No.4, or an immune segment thereof； and (b) a polypeptide having at least 70% consistency with an amino acid sequence defined by (a), having same functions as those of (a) and derived from (a), or an immune segment thereof.La présente invention concerne un antigène de mycobacterium tuberculosis permettant de différencier la tuberculose active et une infection tuberculeuse latente et des applications de celui-ci. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une composition immunogène, un vaccin ou une composition pharmaceutique. Les composants immunogènes comprennent le ou les polypeptides suivants ou des segments immunitaires de ceux-ci : (a) un polypeptide formé par des séquences d'acides aminés indiquées par SEQ ID n°1, SEQ ID n°2, SEQ ID n°3 ou SEQ ID n°4, ou un segment immunitaire de celui-ci ； et (b) un polypeptide ayant au moins 70 % de consistance avec une séquence d'acides aminés définie en (a), ayant les mêmes fonctions que celles de (a) et dérivée de (a), ou un segment immunitaire de celui-ci.
