PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin protector capable of preventing skin around a part into which a forceps is inserted from being damaged due to compression by the forceps when the forceps is directly inserted into a body wall for endoscopic surgery.SOLUTION: A skin protector 1 according to the present invention is to be attached to a skin surface 102a of a body wall 101 into which a forceps F1 is inserted and includes a disk-like body 11. The body 11 includes a pair of circular flat surfaces 12, 13, an outer peripheral surface 15 disposed at an outer edge of the circular flat surfaces and having a continuous convex arcs shaped cross section, and a through hole 14 penetrating from a center of one circular flat surface 12 to a center of the other circular flat surface 13.
