The present invention relates to a device adapted to be implanted in the body of a subject to form an implant capable of replacing and / or increasing a volume of soft tissue, said device being of the type comprising a three-dimensional reinforcement (1) which defines a space internal to said frame (3). According to the invention, typically, said reinforcement is bioabsorbable and the device further comprises at least two sheets (31) of bioabsorbable textile capable of being stacked one on the other in said internal space at said frame (1).
