A novel oral air delivery system for CPAP or similar machines featuring a mouthpiece adapted to be inserted in a users mouth between his/her teeth and a tube connected to the mouthpiece via a swivel joint. The swivel joint allows rotation of the tube with respect to the mouthpiece. The tube of the system can be connected to existing CPAP or similar machines. Air is delivered from the CPAP or similar machine through the tube and through a hole in the mouthpiece to the users mouth, throat, and lungs.
