PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a threshing load and enhance the suppressing efficiency of threshing loss by devising the construction of a threshing cylinder.SOLUTION: The threshing device includes a threshing cylinder 4 supported with a shaft in a threshing chamber 6 with a rotary shaft 8 in the longitudinal direction, and a threshing net 5 below the threshing cylinder 4, to thresh cereal culms fed from the front part of the threshing chamber 6, wherein the threshing cylinder 4 has a front side attachment member 10 on the front part of the rotary shaft 8, a rear side attachment member 11 on the rear part of the rotary shaft 8 and threshing teeth-attaching plates 12 placed ranging between the outer peripheral part of the front side attachment member 10 and that of the rear side attachment member 11 to equip a plurality of threshing teeth 3 on the peripheral surface, and the threshing teeth-attaching plates 12 are placed in plural with a predetermined space or spaces 13 in the rotary direction of the threshing cylinder 4, and in addition, the front side attachment member 10 is brought to have a smaller diameter than the rear side attachment member 11, and the threshing cylinder 4 is formed in a taper shape to have a larger diameter toward its end part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】脱穀負荷の増加、扱室の詰まり発生。【解決手段】前後方向の回転軸8により扱胴4を扱室6内に軸架し、扱胴4の下側には扱網5を設け、扱室6の前方から供給される穀稈を脱穀する脱穀装置において、前記扱胴4は回転軸8の前部の前側取付部材10と、回転軸8の後部の後側取付部材11と、当該前側取付部材10の外周部と後側取付部材11の外周部とに掛け渡して外周面に複数の扱歯3を設けた扱歯取付プレート12を備え、該扱歯取付プレート12は、扱胴4の回転方向に所定の間隙13を置いて複数設け、かつ、前記前側取付部材10を後側取付部材11よりも小径として扱胴4を終端部に至るに従い大径となるテーパー状に形成した脱穀装置。【選択図】図1
