PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear pad, an earphone with the pad, an ear training device for improving hardness of hearing, and a method, capable of ensuring a sound way even when a discharge sound port is touched to an inner wall due to pushing of the ear pad or is blocked.SOLUTION: An ear pad is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape with an elastic material of a soft synthetic resin such as a silicon rubber, a rubber, or polypropylene. In the ear pad, a plurality of pleat-like noise insulation walls 50a to 50e made from a material similar to that of an external periphery surface is integrally provided in a ring shape with a predetermined interval in an axial direction. In each of the noise insulation walls, a noise insulation wall 50a in the most tip side has a diameter smaller than that of the other noise insulation wall, and the other noise insulation walls have the same diameter. By being mounted to an external acoustic meatus, a discharge sound pass 52 communicating the external acoustic meatus with the hollow cylindrical part of the ear pad so as to ensure a sound way in a state where a discharge sound port 46 of the ear pad contacts with an inner wall of the external acoustic meatus and is blocked is formed at the circumference of the discharge sound port in the noise insulation wall on the most tip side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】イヤーパッドを押し込んで放音口が内壁に触れても塞がったとしても音道の確保を確実にできるイヤーパッド及び該パッドを備えたイヤホーン、並びに難聴改善耳トレーニング装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】シリコーンゴムなどゴム又はポリプロピレンなど軟質合成樹脂等の弾性材料で中空円筒状に形成されたイヤーパッドは外周面に同じ材料からなる複数個のひだ状遮音壁50a~50eが軸方向に所定の間隔をおいてリング状に一体に設けられている。前記遮音壁は、最先端側の遮音壁50aが他の遮音壁より径が小さく、他の遮音壁は同径となっており、また外耳道への装着によりイヤーパッドの放音口46が外耳道内壁に接触して塞がれた状態でも音道の確保が可能なように外耳道内とイヤーパッドの中空内部を連通する放音路52が最先端側の遮音壁における放音口の周囲に形成されている。【選択図】図3
