PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting sheet which makes it possible to obtain a good yield by making the growing speed of animals and plants uniform in the plane. SOLUTION: A plurality of LED chips 21 are arranged in an LED lighting sheet 20 for growing animals and plants, and a photosynthetic photon is formed at an arbitrary position in the lower region of the LED lighting sheet 20 for growing animals and plants, which is 50 mm away from the LED chips 21. The value obtained by converting the bundle density into input power and normalized by the average value of the lower region is 0.2 or more, and is measured at a position 50 mm away from the LED chip 21 in the lower region of the LED lighting sheet 20 for growing animals and plants. The variation in the photosynthetic photon flux density is 0.5 or less in standard deviation when normalized by the average value.
