PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical foot control device.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pairing method for radio communication between an operation unit (1) of a medical control unit and a control device (2) of the medical control unit. The medical control unit is disposed and determined so as to control a medical appliance (3). The operation unit (1) comprises at least two operation elements (4, 5), during operation time on a user side of the respective operation elements (4, 5), a control signal is transmitted to the medical appliance (3) from the control device (2), the control device (2) is provided in a pairing mode (or, becomes a pairing mode), and the operation unit (1) becomes a pairing mode by combined operation of the at least two operation elements (4, 5) on the user side.
