The present invention provides an antibody that specifically binds to PDGF-B, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. The present invention further provides methods for obtaining such antibodies and nucleic acids encoding the same. The invention further relates to compositions and methods for using these antibodies to treat and / or prevent diseases, disorders, or conditions mediated by PDGF-B.
