PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the shape retainable over a long period of time and make usable the material without concretion by filling or interposing a material which has biocompatibility and is decomposed and absorbed in an organism in a matrix of a nonwoven fabric-like multiple structure of a collagen fiber taking a hyperfine fiber of collagen as a basic unit. SOLUTION: A hyperfine fiber 15 with a diameter of 3-7 mm, which is composed of several collagen molecules is taken as a basic unit, and the fibers are bundled to form a fine fiber 14 with a diameter of 30-70 mm. Further, the fibers 14 are bundled to form fine fibers 13a, 13b with a diameter of 1-3 &mum, and the bundle arrays are stacked alternately vertically and laterally to form a fiber 12. The fibers 12 are stacke in the coaxial direction to form a plate-like fiber 11, and a collagen hyperfine fiber nonwoven fabric-like polyphyletic structure 10 is formed by the fibers 11. An extract collagen solution or hyaluronic acid solution are introduced in the matrix of the structure and air- dried to be filled. Thus, the shape can be retained during the period of a certain time without infection after application.
