PURPOSE: An agricultural product drier using radiant heat is provided to improve the merchantable quality of dried agricultural products by maintaining the shape of the products. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drier comprises the following: a drying room(11) drying agricultural products by passing the products through the room； a radiant heat irradiating plate(13) located on the upper inside wall of the drying room； and a transfer drying belt(12) transferring the agricultural products under the radiant heat irradiating plate.
