PURPOSE: A composition for a ketogenic diet, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the rejection reaction from a human body including vomiting and diarrhea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composition for a ketogenic diet comprises the following steps: mixing purified water, protein raw materials, and carbohydrate material with a first mixture tank, and dissolving； adding a compound stabilizer； mixing an emulsifier with vegetable oil, and stirring for 20~40minutes for emulsifying, using a second mixture tank； mixing the emulsified vegetable oil and the compound stabilizer using a third mixture tank； adding a functional material after cooling the mixture； pre-heating the obtained ketonia, and degassing； homogenizing the ketonia； and sterilizing the ketonia.본 발명은 케톤생성식이요법에 적합한 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 케톤생성비가 3~5:1인 액상형의 케톤생성식이요법에 적합한 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조 방법에 따른 케톤생성식이요법에 적합한 조성물은, 종래의 케톤생성식이요법에 따른 케톤생성식을 따를 경우 나타나는 구토, 설사와 같은 거부반응이 없어 환자가 원활하게 섭취할 수 있으며, 기능성 물질이 함유되어 있으므로 다른 식품을 섭취하지 않아도 인체에 필요한 기능성 물질을 섭취할 수 있어 불편함을 해소할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 균질한 액상형으로 제조되므로 섭취시 목넘김이나 식감이 향상되어 원활하게 섭취할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
