PURPOSE: A screw holder is provided to enhance convenience by easily executing the fixing of a police screw and the manipulation of a coupling tool. CONSTITUTION: One side of a screw holder(100) is combined with a steering wheel(140) which is able to be grasped. The screw holder steadily supports a police screw and rod which is coupled with a hole formed in backbone or cervical spine. A hollow sleeve(110) comprises a slot hole which is formed in the outer circumference. A trigger(130) has a hollow shape which is inserted into the hollow sleeve. The head coupling part of a reducer(120) is combined with a head of the police screw. An elastic member(150) is combined with the hollow sleeve and the trigger. The elastic member offers elastic restoring force of the reducer.본 발명은 스크류 홀더에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 의하면, 경추 또는 척추에 구멍을 내고 폴리스크류를 체결할 때, 폴리스크류의 헤드와 이에 결합되는 로드를 안정적이고 견고하게 지지할 수 있게 되고, 트리거의 누름 동작에 의해 폴리스크류의 고정과 체결 공구의 조작을 용이하게 수행할 수 있게 되며, 이러한 작동을 한 손으로 수행할 수 있게 되어 편의성을 증대시키는 효과가 있게 된다.
