The method comprises providing an antibody, wherein the antibody comprises a first polypeptide comprising a heavy chain variable region and a second polypeptide comprising a heavy chain variable region； One or more of the heavy chain variable regions (VH) at positions 7, 9, 11, 14, 41, 70, 74, 82a, 84 and 113 according to the Kabat numbering system in at least one of the two polypeptides.
