[Problem] In order to go out and move anywhere and anytime while wheelchair users are sitting down with the advent of the aging age, installation and removal can be done easily without modifying the car specially and operation is easy. Meet the need for new wheelchair loading and unloading equipment. SOLUTION: Two arms are pivoted at the center in an X shape having a variable crossing angle, and expansion and contraction due to a change in crossing angle is used for raising and lowering, and when it is pulled up to the uppermost point, it becomes folded. This device is integrated with a wheelchair in which a person is seated, and it can be carried into and out of the vehicle by a support bar insertion / removal unit. A wheelchair loading / unloading device that can be easily installed and removed and is easy to handle has been realized.
