PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular structure which has original characteristics of silk such as biocompatibility and is usable for a small diameter blood vessel such as a peripheral blood vessel.
SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a tubular structure is disclosed, wherein silk nanofiber formed by an electro-spinning method using silk fibroin solution 6 is collected around a circumference of a rotary bar 3 with a resin made tube covered thereon and is constituted into a tubular shape.
