PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating a subject having ischemia or at risk of ischemia.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising a brain synaptic protein PSD-95 inhibitor.
