PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Date coat simply realizing a Date-rolled sushi or the like keeping a beautiful appearance only by rolling a sushi or the like with it, and preventing its concavoconvex band-like surface from being made flat under pressure in its stored and distributed states even when it is stored and distributed while being used in the Date-rolled sushi or the like, and to provide a method for producing the Date coat and a Date coat-use baking pan.SOLUTION: A plurality of concavoconvex bands 2, 3, ... are formed on the whole of one surface of the Date coat 1 at equal intervals.
