PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit generation of unnecessary reflected light when optically correcting the dispersion.
SOLUTION: An eye axial length measuring device is provided with an interfering light optical system which comprises: a beam splitter for dividing output light into a first split light and a second split light a light-projecting optical system for irradiating the fundus of a subject with the first split light a light-receiving optical system for synthesizing the first split light reflected on the subjects fundus and the second split light for guiding to a light-receiving element and an optical-path-length changing member movably disposed by a drive unit on one of the optical paths, and measures the eye axial length of the subject based on a light-reception signal output from the receiving element. It is also provided with an optical element for correcting the dispersion disposed on the light path of the second split light, so as to optically correct the difference in the dispersion volume between the light paths of the first split light and the second split light. The optical element for correcting the dispersion is integrated with other optical elements disposed in the light path of the second split light.
