The present is a multifunctional electronic cigarette. In the multifunctional electronic cigarette, an interchangeable member can include one of an E-liquid cassette having an atomizing component, an alcohol detecting device and a LED device； a processing module can control the power supply module to respectively apply an initial voltage and a test voltage to the connection assembly in sequential order, and calculate an operational resistance of the interchangeable member during the process of applying voltages, and then control the power supply module to generate operation voltage and current to the interchangeable member according to the operational resistance. The operational resistance is resistance of the interchangeable member which is executing a main operational function thereof. As a result, the multifunctional electronic cigarette can have improved extendibility.
