The present invention relates to a suture insertion kit useful for connecting, fixing or lifting animal tissues in various medical environments and, more specifically, to a suture insertion kit wherein: a suture having a surgical needle in a front end part thereof is inserted and embedded in the inside of a hollow groove of an injection needle and the suture is fixed to the injection needle by also having a holding member for fixing the suture to the injection needle, thereby preventing the fixed suture from being displaced from a fixedly designed position while a product is carried, stored, operated, and used or the like, and enabling a more effective and long-lasting procedure along with the convenience of a surgical procedure during tissue suturing and fixing, and tissue lifting procedures.
