PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating microscope system not to be moved much in the vertical directions of an eyepiece part even when an operating microscope is vertically turned.SOLUTION: The eyepiece part 21 of the operating microscope 18 is connected to a turning body 14 arranged at the distal end of a support arm 12 in a stand device 1 by a link 25 for transmitting at least a load in a pulling direction. Thus, when the operating microscope 18 is turned downward, the eyepiece part 21 is pulled-up by the link 25, and thus there is no change of the vertical position of the eyepiece part 21. In a case where the load can be transmitted even when the link 21 is in a pushing direction, the eyepiece part 21 is pushed down when turning the operating microscope 18 upward, and thus there is no change of the vertical position of the eyepiece part 21 in the same way. When the link 21 is allowed to transmit the load even in the pushing direction, the eyepiece part 21 is pushed down when turning the operating microscope 18 upward, and thus there is also no change of the vertical position of the eyepiece part 21 in that case.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術顕微鏡鏡を上下に回動させても、接眼部の上下方向での移動が少ない手術顕微鏡システムを提供する。【解決手段】手術顕微鏡18の接眼部21と、スタンド装置1の支持アーム12の先端に設けられた回動体14が、少なくとも引き方向での荷重を伝達可能なリンク25により連結されているため、手術顕微鏡18を下方へ回動させた際に、接眼部21がリンク25により引き上げられるため、接眼部21の上下位置が変化しない。リンク21が押し方向でも荷重伝達可能な場合は、手術顕微鏡18を上側に回動させた際に、接眼部21が押し下げられるため、同じく接眼部21の上下位置が変化しない。リンク21を押し方向でも荷重伝達可能にすると、手術顕微鏡18を上側に回動させた際に、接眼部21が押し下げられ、この場合も接眼部21の上下位置が変化しないようになる。【選択図】 図2
