The present invention is related to a composition for increasing immunogenicity of an antigen, comprising: (i) the antigen (ii) a first immune adjuvant which comprises a LZ-8 protein and (iii) a second immune adjuvant, wherein the second immune adjuvant does not contain the LZ-8 protein.
