The invention relates to a dissector device (100) comprising a rod-shaped hollow member (110), an expandable element (120) consisting of a pair of jaws (121, 122) arranged at a distal end (112) of the rod-shaped member (110) and a grip (130) arranged at a proximal end (111) of the rod-shaped member (110), wherein said jaws (121, 122) are hinged to each other and restrained to the distal end (112) of the rod-shaped member (110) by way of a pin (123) and wherein said grip (130) comprises a fixed element (131) and a control lever (132) pivoted on said fixed element (131), said control lever (132) being restrained to a rod (150) slidably fitted in the rod-shaped member (110) and operably connected to the jaws (121, 122). The dissector device further comprises a dispensing assembly for dispensing a fluid under pressure, said dispensing assembly comprising feeding channels (151, 152, 155) and at least one dispensing channel (156) associated with at least one of the jaws (121, 122) of the expandable element (120), said at least one dispensing channel (156) being provided with at least one outlet (157) arranged proximate to or at the free end of said at least one jaw (121, 122).
