PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for ultrasonic image optimization.SOLUTION: A first ultrasonic signal which has two or more first signal parameters, is transmitted to the inside of an object, a first set of electric signals are received, and a first image is acquired. A first image quality measurement amount is formed by evaluating an image quality cost function about the first image (88), and two or more second signal parameters are decided based on the first image quality measurement amount (90). A second ultrasonic signal which has two or more second signal parameters, is transmitted to the inside of the object, a second set of electric signals are received, and a second image is acquired (96).
