The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating ophthalmopathy and, more specifically, to an effective composition for treating and preventing ophthalmopathy, as a composition comprising a peptide derived from telomerase. According to the present invention, the peptide having a sequence of a sequence number, the peptide having a sequence which has 80% of the homology with the sequence, or the peptide which is a fragment has excellent effects in treating ophthalmopathy.본 발명은 안질환 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 텔로머라제로부터 유래된 펩타이드를 포함하는 조성물로서 안질환의 치료 및 예방에 효과적인 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 서열번호의 서열을 갖는 펩티드 또는 상기 서열과 80%의 상동성을 갖는 서열을 갖는 펩티드 또는 단편인 펩티드는 안질환 치료에 우수한 효과를 가진다.
