PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play system for a small animal, which is capable of exercising the small animal, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The play system for the small animal includes a light source part 4 for irradiating a surface 2a of a mat 2 with a spot light, radiating position-changing means 5 for changing the direction of the light radiation of the light source 4, and a controlling part 6 for controlling the radiating position-changing means 5.
