PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support inexpensively a mud guard cover, in a rice transplanter having, on a seedling planting device, the mud guard cover provided on the back side of a seedling stand.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device 20 includes a lateral frame 29 provided extendedly in a width direction of the seedling planting device 20 on the back side of a seedling stand 24, for supporting the seedling stand 24, and an electronic controller case 36 supported by the lateral frame 29. A mud guard cover 34 is provided on a lower spot than the lateral frame 29.
