PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvest processing method in which a material removed from a cultivation area and processed as disposal after the termination of harvest of strawberry fruit can be utilized as agricultural products by picking/reaping and drying the leaves and stems in an activated state.SOLUTION: In a cultivation area for cultivating strawberry (including a hydroponic culture), vital leaves 12 of each strawberry root 10 are picked after the termination of harvest of fruit and the elapse of a fixed period, and then parts (stems 13) upper than a rootstock portion are reaped. Thereby, the leaves 12 are distinguished from the other reaped parts, and subjected to drying treatment and supplied to a secondary processing step. Then, the dried products of the leaves and stems subjected to the drying treatment become the agricultural products provided as raw materials for processing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】イチゴ果実の収穫が終わって栽培地から撤去して廃棄処分されていたものを、活性状態にある葉部や茎部を摘み取り/刈り取って乾燥処理することで農産品として活用できるようにする。【解決手段】 イチゴを植生している栽培地(水耕栽培を含む)において、果実の収穫が終わって一定期間経過後に、各イチゴ株10の活力のある葉部12を摘み取り、その後に根株部分より上の部位(茎部13)を刈り取るようにし、前記葉部12と他の刈り取った部位とを区別して、それぞれを乾燥処理して二次加工工程に供給する。そして、前記乾燥処理された葉部や茎部の乾燥物が加工用原料として提供する農産品となる。【選択図】図2
