PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw for soft tissue fixation configured to be easily screwed without being strongly pressed in with a rotary tool, and reliably fixing a soft tissue by causing a screw body excluding a screw tip end to exert substantially equal large fixing strength.SOLUTION: A screw 10 for soft tissue fixation includes: a screw body 10a, where an outside diameter of a male screw 1 is constant and a screw tip end 10b, where the outside diameter of the male screw 1 is reduced towards a screw tip end. The screw 10 is so configured that the male screw of the screw tip end has a narrow-width screw thread portion 1b whose width is narrower than the width D of a screw thread part 1a of the male screw of the screw body. The outside diameter of the male screw of the screw body is made constant so as to exert a substantially equal large fixing strength, the outside diameter of the male screw of the screw tip end part is reduced, and the male screw has a narrow-width screw thread portion 1b so as to be easily screwed in without being strongly pressed in.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】回転具で強く押し込まなくても容易にねじ込むことができ、スクリュー先端部を除くスクリュー本体部でほぼ均等な大きい固定強度を発揮して軟組織を確実に固定することができる軟組織固定用スクリューを提供する。【解決手段】雄ネジ1の外径が一定であるスクリュー本体部10aと、雄ネジ1の外径がスクリュー先端に近づくにつれて縮径するスクリュー先端部10bとを備えたスクリュー10であって、スクリュー先端部の雄ネジが、スクリュー本体部の雄ネジのネジ山頂部1aの幅Dよりもネジ山頂部の幅が狭い部分1bを備えた構成の軟組織固定用スクリュー10とする。スクリュー本体部の雄ネジの外径を一定とすることでほぼ均等な大きい固定強度を発揮させ、スクリュー先端部の雄ネジの外径を縮径すると共に、雄ネジがネジ山頂部の幅の狭い部分1bを有することで、強く押し込まなくても容易にねじ込めむことができるようにする。【選択図】図1
