PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule containing a large amount of hyaluronic acid and/or salt thereof, low in viscosity of the content liquid, and good in dispersibility.SOLUTION: The soft capsule contains hyaluronic acid and/or salt thereof, lecithin, glycerine fatty acid ester, and fat composition, wherein hyaluronic acid and/or salt thereof is 25-50 mass% relative to the total mass of a content liquid composition. Lecithin is soybean lecithin and the content may be 0.1-10 mass% relative to the total mass of the content liquid composition.
