PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraoral quickly disintegrating tablet that is produced without using a complicated production process and a specific apparatus, has an intraoral quick disintegration in use and tablet hardness of no practical problem and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The intraoral quickly disintegrating tablet is obtained by producing a granulated substance or a mixture of a medicine active ingredient and a medicine carrier containing (a) D-mannitol and/or a lactose hydrate, (b) povidone, (c) one or more selected from magnesium aluminometasilicate, synthetic aluminum silicate, light anhydrous silicic acid and crystalline cellulose and (d) crospovidone and then compression molding the granulated substance or the mixture.
