PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved autologous T cell vaccines and methods for their production.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the improved autologous T cell vaccines and the methods for their production. The invention is also directed to methods for treating T cell-associated diseases such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis by using autologous T cell vaccines. In one embodiment, a plurality of mononuclear cells including the T cell are obtained from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a patient. In another embodiment, the plurality of mononuclear cells are obtained from the cerebrospinal fluid (CSFMCs) of the patient.
