The present invention relates to an apparatus for storing human body tissue cells. More particularly, the apparatus comprises: a formalin tank which stores formalin； a chamber which allows a cork plate on which a tissue cell is fixated to be inserted in and to be taken out of the same and is filled with formalin supplied from the formalin tank； a suction pump which suctions formalin, filled in the chamber, and discharges formalin； an accommodating tank which accommodates formalin discharged from the suction pump； and an integrated control unit which controls the suction pump. According to the present invention, formalin, harmful to the human body, is filled and discharged. Therefor, a work environment can be improved by minimizing exposure to harmful formalin.
