PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plant growth material which can be stored over a long period of time without needing much space and is easy to be handled, by using ectomycorrhizal fungus, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing the plant growth material according to the present invention comprises: collecting spores from lamellae or pores which are as spore formation tissues of a fruiting body of ectomycorrhizal fungus of genus Suillus or genus Rhizopogon adding solution containing a sterilization component to the spores and agitating them further adding sterilized water as washing water and centrifuging them and then removing supernatant to obtain remaining precipitate as the plant growth material, or possibly subjecting the precipitate to vacuum drying treatment and solidifying it to obtain the plant growth material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】場所を取らずに長期間保管することができ、且つ、取り扱いが容易な、外生菌根菌を用いた植物育成資材及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る植物育成資材の製造方法は、Suillus属、又はRhizopogon属の外生菌根菌の子実体の胞子形成組織であるヒダ又は管孔から胞子を採取し、殺菌成分を含む溶液を該胞子に加えて撹拌し、さらに滅菌処理された水を洗浄水として添加して遠心分離する。そして、上澄み液を除去し、残りの沈殿物を植物育成資材とする。或いは、沈殿物を真空乾燥処理して固体化し、植物育成資材としても良い。【選択図】なし
