The present invention relates to a rigid pectoscope for corrective operation of pectus excavatum comprising an end part cap and, more specifically, to a rigid pectoscope for corrective operation of pectus excavatum which comprises: an outer tube； an imaging device installed with a lens to observe the outside by being accommodated in the tube； and a lighting unit irradiating a light to an observed area. The rigid pectoscope of the present invention further comprises a pillar type cap which has one side opened and a facing side closed, and is connected and fixed to the outer tube through the opened one side, and covers the lighting device and the imaging device from the outside, and is formed with a transparent material, and has cross section diameter becoming narrower as going to the propagation direction of the pectoscope. According to the present invention, the cap is prepared in the cross section end of the pectoscope, and the cap has a window installed in the front, and achieves optical stability of the pectoscope by processing the window mechanically or optically and also can assure clear view.본 발명은 단부캡을 구비하는 오목가슴 교정수술용 경성 내시경에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 외측튜브와, 상기 튜브내에 수용되며 외부를 관찰하도록 렌즈가 장착된 이미징 장치 및 관찰되는 영역에 광을 조사하는 조명 장치를 구비하는 오목가슴 교정용 경성 내시경에 있어서, 일면이 개방되고, 대향면이 폐쇄되며, 상기 개방된 일면을 통해 외측튜브에 연결 고정되어 상기 조명장치 및 이미징 장치를 외부에서 커버하고, 투명재질이며, 내시경의 진행방향으로 단면 직경이 점차 좁아지는 기둥 형태를 갖는 캡；이 더 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단부에 캡을 구비하는 오목가슴 교정수술용 경성 내시경을 제공한다.이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 내시경 단부에 캡을 마련하되, 상기 캡은 전방에 윈도우가 장착되며, 윈도우를 기계적으로 또는 광학적으로 가공함으로써, 내시경의 광학적 안정성을 도모하여 선명한 시야를 확보하도록 하는 작용효과가 기대된다.
