The present invention relates to a sustained-release local drug delivery system including fibrinogen, aprotinin, lidocaine, epinephrine, and collagen membrane, a kit, and a composition for treating osteopathia using the same. The sustained-release local drug delivery system according to the present invention can exhibit continuous pharmaceutically active effects with a small quantity by means of excellent sustained-release effects and excellently show biocompatibility including the promotion of revasculariation and new bone formation, so as to be usefully used as a sustained-release local drug delivery system for a pharmaceutically active material which needs to discharge drugs continuously for a long time and be usefully used to treat various diseases generated by incomplete osteogenesis by applying BMP to the local drug delivery system.본 발명은 피브리노겐, 아프로티닌, 리도카인, 에피네프린 및 콜라겐 막을 포함하는 서방성 국소 약물전달체, 키트 및 이를 이용한 골병증 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 피브리노겐, 아프로티닌, 리도카인, 에피네프린 및 콜라겐 막을 포함하는 서방성 국소 약물전달체는 약리활성물질의 우수한 지연방출효과로 인하여 적은 양으로 지속적인 약리활성 효과를 낼 수 있으며, 혈관재생 및 신생골형성 촉진 등 생체 적합성을 우수하게 나타내므로 장기간의 지속적인 약물방출이 필요한 약리활성 물질의 서방성 국소 약물전달체로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 상기 국소 약물전달체에 BMP를 적용함으로써 골재형성 부전으로 인해 발생하는 여러 가지 질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
