PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of measuring an inner diameter in addition to an internal pressure and temperature of fluid flowing through a lumen, in a lumen of a living body.SOLUTION: A measurement device 10 includes: a guide wire 11 whose tip side can be inserted into a lumen a first sensor 21 provided at the tip side of the guide wire a second sensor 22 provided at a base end side from the first sensor in the tip side of the guide wire and a third sensor 23 provided at the tip side of the guide wire. The first sensor and the second sensor detect physical values of fluid to measure pressure and temperature of the fluid flowing through the lumen respectively.
