PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pressure feeling to legs of a wearer and enhance leakage prevention property and fitting feeling.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper 1 comprises: an exterior body 10 which extends over an abdominal area A, a crotch area C and a back side area B and an absorbent body 5 having an absorbent core 40, and there are formed a pair of side seal parts S, S, a waist opening part 7 and a pair of leg opening parts 8, 8. In an expanded and stretched state, the absorbent core 40 has a pair of side part non-laminated fiber parts 44, 44 on both side parts along a vertical direction of the absorbent core. The pair of side part non-laminated fiber parts 44, 44 are arranged to extend in the vertical direction X between a virtual abdominal side inner line Ya and a virtual back side inner line Yb.
