CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing inlay prosthesis comprises a step of processing the outer shape of a tooth by sculpting an object block according to processing data. The outer shape of the tooth is formed along the circumference of a border of a tooth non-contact part(42) and a tooth contact part(43). The processing of the outer shape of the tooth is completed by leaving a margin extension part(41). The margin extension part is removed after the processing of the outer shape of the tooth is completed.본 발명은 인레이용 치아보철물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 치아 외형의 입체 형상을 나타내는 가공 데이터에 기초하여 보철재료인 피가공재 블럭을 가공함으로써, 인레이용 치아보철물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 가공 데이터에 따라 피가공재 블럭을 조각하여 목표로 하는 형상의 치아 외형을 가공하되, 치아 외형에 있어서 치아 접촉부와 치아 비접촉부의 경계선인 마진 둘레를 따라 형성되고 상기 마진으로부터 치아 외형 둘레의 피가공재 블럭 부분까지 연장되는 마진 연장부만을 남기고, 치아 외형 형상의 가공을 완료하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면, 치아접촉부에 손상을 일으키지 않아, 고품질의 보철물 제조가 가능하며, 피가공재를 상하로 동시에 가공할 수 있어, 종래 기술보다 보철물 가공시간을 현저히 줄일 수 있어 생산성이 매우 높다는 효과가 있다.
