Disclosed is a method of making a cake containing greek yogurt. The present invention can provide a novel cake which improves functionality of the cake by containing greek yogurt between a dough and a sheet. In particular, during the production of the dough to form the sheet, greek yogurt is added before a base dough reaches a cleanup stage, so that lactobacillus and nutirents contained in greek yogurt can be uniformly contained in the dough.그릭요거트를 함유하는 케이크 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 생지 및 시트 사이에 그릭 요거트를 함유함으로써 케이크의 기능성을 향상시킨 신규한 케이크를 제공할 수 있다. 특히 시트를 형성하기 위한 생지의 제조과정에서 그릭요거트를 기초 반죽물이 클린업 단계에 이르기 전에 투입함으로써 그릭요거트에 포함된 유산균 및 영양소들이 반죽물에 균일하게 함유될 수 있도록 한다.
