PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading support device capable of improving image reading quality.SOLUTION: An image reading support device 500 includes an extraction part 552 and a notification part 554. The extraction part 552 extracts an object item which is different from an item for image reading according to contents of an examination for a subject, and is an object for the image reading from an X-ray diagnostic device, an X-ray CT device and the like based on a medical image collected from the subject.
