The present invention relates to a smartphone interface device for phototherapy which performs communication with a smartphone by using a micro controller unit (MCU) and a universal serial bus on-the-go (USB OTG) module installed in the smartphone interface device for phototherapy and is capable of controlling a light beam irradiator more stably to drive the light beam irradiator. The present invention relates to the smartphone interface device for phototherapy, one side of which is connected to a light beam irradiation electrode and the other side of which is connected to the smartphone. The smartphone interface device receives a light beam irradiation electrode control command generated by the running of an application program installed in the smartphone and controls the drive of the light beam irradiation electrode. The smartphone interface device comprises: the micro controller unit (MCU) for receiving light beam irradiation intensity, light beam irradiation time, light beam irradiation pattern, and light beam irradiation start and end-relevant light beam irradiation electrode control commands from the smartphone and generating a light source drive control signal according to the received light beam irradiation electrode control commands; the universal serial bus on-the-go (USB OTG) module which is connected to a smartphone connector and the MCU and performs communication between the smartphone and the MCU with the smartphone as a host; a voltage regulator for converting the voltage outputted from the smartphone into an operation voltage of the MCU; and a light beam irradiation drive unit for driving a light source according to the light source drive command signal received from the MCU.본 발명은 USB OTG(universal serial bus on-the-go) 모듈과 광선치료용 스마트폰 인터페이스 장치에 설치된 MCU(Micro Controller Unit)를 이용하여 스마트 폰과 통신을 행하여, 보다 안정적으로 광선조사기를 제어하고 구동할 수 있게 하는 광선치료용 스마트폰 인터페이스 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 일측은 광선조사전극에 연결되고, 다른 일측은 스마트폰에 연결되어, 스마트폰에 설치된 응용프로그램의 구동에 의해 생성된 광선조사전극 제어명령을 수신하여 광
