An apparatus for limiting the rotation angle of a rotation shaft according to the present invention comprises a moving pin (10) and a toggling stopper (20). The moving pin (10) rotates along a concentric circumference of the rotation shaft according to the rotation of the rotation shaft. The toggling stopper (20) comprises: a fixed unit (22) which is fixed to a plate (30) placed around the rotation shaft and a moving unit (21) which is hinge-combined with the fixed unit (22), has a first wing part (21a) and a second wing part (21b) in two separate directions with respect to the axis of the hinge combination, and has a space (21c) between the first wing part (21a) and the second wing part (21b). The moving unit (21) can be rotated around the axis of the hinge combination, but the angle of rotation is limited by the fixed unit (22). At least two toggling stoppers (20) are arranged on the concentric circumference of the rotation shaft at a different position from each other.
