N-deacetylthiokolchicinové deriváty obecného vzorce I, kde n znamená celé císlo 0 až 8, Y znamená skupinu CH.sub.2.n. a v prípade, že n = 1 muže také znamenat skupinu NH, jsou látky s antiproliferativním úcinkem, které je možné použít ve forme farmaceutického prostredku, který rovnež tvorí soucást rešení, k lécení nádorových onemocnení nebo revmatoidní artritidy. Soucást rešení tvorí také použití derivátu vzorce I pro výrobu uvedených farmaceutických prostredku.In the present invention, there are disclosed N-deacetylthiocolchicine derivatives of the general formula I, in which n r an integer of 0 through 8, Y denotes the group CHi2 and in case that n = 1, it can also denote the group NH wherein the invented derivatives are compounds exhibiting antiproliferative activity and they can be therefore used in the form of a pharmaceutical compositions, forming also a part of the invention, for the treatment of tumor diseases or rheumatoid arthritis. The invention also discloses the use of the derivative of the general formula I for the preparation of the above-indicated pharmaceutical compositions.
