The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically cleaning a medical tube. More specifically, a fixed frame having a channel is provided inside a chamber. A plurality of connection nozzles (40) are provided in the fixed frame. Cleaning water discharged through the connection nozzles simultaneously cleans the inside and the outside of the tube by connecting one side of a tube (2) to one of the plurality of connection nozzles by an adapter. Also, the cleaning water is moved at a higher speed by air injected into a connection hose by a compressor and has a high working speed and cleaning power.
