A head/neck warming pillow comprises a bag that is shaped to correspond to the contour of e head and neck of a person. The bag is made of a flexible material and having a closable opening formed thereon and a receiving space formed therein. The interior of the receiving space is provided with a plurality of horizontal channels. The bag is composed of a head cover section and a neck section. Both sides of the neck section are provided at the bottom with a fastening element for engagement with each other.
