The present invention relates to a catheter delivery device having an improved mechanism for inserting a catheter into a blood vessel of a patient. According to the present invention, the catheter delivery device includes: a body including a delivery path of a catheter； a pair of feed units having grippers located on the delivery path of the body and are configured to grip and release the catheter. The pair of feed units are configured to mutually and organically move in among a grip position where the grippers grip the catheter, a forward position where the grippers advance in a state of gripping the catheter, a grip release position where the grippers release the catheter, and a backward position where the grippers retract in a state of releasing a grip on the catheter. The catheter delivery device further includes a rotation unit configured to rotate the catheter gripped by the feed units.
