The invention relates to an external fixator for treating an open fracture at the level of the epiphysis (neck of the femur, femoral condyle, upper third of the tibia and head of the humerus). It consists of two metal rods. 1 single rod with a hemisphere end (empty) and the other with a solid hemisphere end and a perforated plate fixed on the other end. Pins can be attached to the single rod using the cylinders, which will allow multiple pins to be attached to the shaft. The perforated plate allows to fix up to 8 pins on several levels and on a small space, which allows to fix pins on the epiphysis. L'invention concerne un fixateur externe permettant de soigner une fracture ouverte au niveau de l'épiphyse (col du fémur, condyle fémoral, supérieur tiers du tibia et tête de l'humérus). Il est constitué de deux tiges métalliques. 1 tige simple avec une extrémité en demi-sphère (vide) et l'autre avec une extrémité en demi-sphère pleine et une plaque perforée fixée sur l'autre extrémité. Des broches peuvent être fixées à la tige simple grâce aux cylindres, ce qui permettra de fixer plusieurs broches sur la diaphyse. La plaque perforée permet de fixer jusqu'à 8 broches sur plusieurs niveaux et sur un petit espace, ce qui permet de fixer des broches sur l'épiphyse.
